3D SCANNING · BATUMI, GEORGIA

3D scanning and part reconstruction in Batumi

We assess physical parts for conversion into a digital 3D model, possible reconstruction, modification or preparation for 3D printing. Feasibility depends on the sample, geometry and required outcome.

Send photos, approximate dimensions, the part's purpose and whether you need a digital model only or a physical part as well.

When 3D scanning can help

Reproduce a part

Assess an existing physical sample when no usable CAD file or drawing is available.

Reconstruct a damaged part

If enough geometry remains, missing areas may be rebuilt through additional CAD modeling.

Prepare a model for printing

A raw scan may need mesh cleanup, geometry correction, hole restoration or conversion into a CAD model.

How the process works

  1. Send photos, dimensions and a short description of the intended use.
  2. We assess the sample, accessible surfaces and likely limitations.
  3. Scanning and model preparation are scoped according to the task.
  4. If a printed part is needed, we discuss suitable technology and material before production.

What affects the estimate?

Object size and complexity, sample condition, required detail, missing geometry and the amount of CAD work. Printing and materials are quoted separately when applicable. A quote is provided after reviewing the available information.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an existing 3D file?

No. You can start with a physical sample, photos, dimensions or drawings.

Can a broken part be reconstructed?

Sometimes. It depends on what remains and whether the missing geometry can be reliably inferred.

Can you scan automotive plastic parts?

We can assess the request. Safety-critical parts or parts exposed to significant heat or loads require separate engineering review and may not be suitable for 3D printing.

Important: scanning does not automatically produce a production-ready CAD model. The required cleanup and engineering work depend on the object and intended use.
