Material and safety considerations
Material selection depends on actual heat, sunlight, moisture, vibration and mechanical load. Not every automotive part is suitable for additive manufacturing.
Limitations: 3D printing is not presented as a replacement for certified brake, steering, airbag or other safety-critical components. Parts exposed to high temperatures or substantial loads require separate engineering assessment and may be declined.
